You can come to us for a wide variety of Value-Added Services: from cleaning or steaming products, to re-labeling (with different currencies, for example) and converting clothing from lying or folded to hanging (or vice versa). But it goes much further: think also of return processing, customer service or far-reaching personalization of your products or packaging.
Each question is considered individually; there is no fixed set of options. Together with you, we analyze the question and look for the most appropriate solution. You can count on us to think and act out-of-the-box.

Retourproces op uw maat en wensen
We use a returns platform, which can be set up completely according to your wishes: label included with shipment (or not), free or paid returns, through which parcel companies can be returned, you choose what information buyers must provide for a return to happen, etc. We carry out the agreed upon process to perfection. All information is accurately tracked in the returns portal. And best of all: the data from the returns portal can be imported into your ERP or webshop software.
As icing on the cake, various automations are also possible, such as immediate refunds if a return meets expectations or blocking a refund if the return has not gone according to the terms (e.g. return period has expired).

Het efficiënt afhandelen van retourzendingen is van essentieel belang voor zowel uw klanten (zodat een terugbetaling snel kan volgen) als voor u als handelaar (om geretourneerde producten snel opnieuw te kunnen verkopen).
