We are seeking an experienced Team leaders for our operation at our new warehouse in Leamington Spa.

Working across a multi-user site and managing an assigned section of warehouse, including operational processes, people, and where needed client interaction, planning of labour in line with senior team, whilst also ensuring health and safety and team development is at the forefront.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop warehouse teams in the assigned area to ensure positive, accountable and consistent performing culture
• Ensure activities are being met to the SLA agreements.
• Manage people and allocate work accordingly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process improvement and best practice,
• Ensure compliance with health & safety across the warehouse including safe systems of work are in place and followed.

Skills & experience

• Leadership experience, preferably in warehousing, retail or e-commerce
• Experience of managing or leading teams
• Flexible to work shifts as per the needs of the operations
• Communication and development
• Knowledge of WMS systems
