The collaboration confirms Widem\u2019s role as a Belgian logistics provider for fast-growing international retail brands.<\/h5>\n

Widem Logistics has become the European and UK logistics partner for Pop Mart, the global designer toy brand known for its collectible characters and international retail network.<\/p>\n

The collaboration started in August 2025 with logistics support for Pop Mart\u2019s French retail operations. Within fourteen days, Widem had organised the relocation of stock from the previous 3PL to its warehouse in Rekkem.<\/p>\n

During the first operational phase, Widem also ensured continued deliveries to Pop Mart stores in France. Store deliveries were planned around fixed delivery windows and high-frequency retail flows and the team hit every mark, week in and week out.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

From French retail distribution to European logistics scope<\/h4><\/div>

Following the start-up phase in France, Widem\u2019s role expanded to support new store openings in Bordeaux, Marseille, Paris, Lyon and Lille. The operation included store replenishment, delivery planning, urban distribution and coordination between warehousing, transport and customer support.<\/p>\n

In October 2025, Pop Mart also added wholesale and retail distribution in France and Spain to the Widem operation. This involved deliveries to independent boutiques with different order profiles, delivery schedules and service requirements.<\/p>\n

In early 2026, Pop Mart awarded Widem the European and UK logistics tender. As a result, Widem now acts as Pop Mart\u2019s Regional Distribution Centre for Europe and the UK. The scope includes retail distribution, e-commerce fulfilment and returns across multiple European markets and the UK.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Integrated operations and clear ownership<\/h4><\/div>

From the start of the collaboration, Widem focused on three operational priorities: available warehouse capacity, the right people on the project and clear delivery commitments.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe didn\u2019t need to build new systems. Everything was already in place. That\u2019s the advantage of working with a 3PL partner who knows what they\u2019re doing,\u201d<\/i> says Marc Cl\u00e9ment, Fulfilment Director at Widem Logistics.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Belgian logistics as a growth platform for international retail<\/h4><\/div>

The collaboration underscores Belgium’s strategic position as a distribution hub for international brands expanding their retail and logistics operations across Europe.<\/p>\n

From its site in Rekkem, Widem combines warehousing, fulfilment, customs expertise, transport planning and last-mile coordination. This integrated setup allows international retail brands to centralise European stock management while serving multiple local markets with speed and precision.<\/p>\n

The collaboration with Pop Mart also shows how Belgian logistics providers can support international retailers beyond traditional warehousing. Retail brands increasingly need partners that can manage physical store distribution, wholesale flows, e-commerce fulfilment and returns within one coordinated operation.<\/p>\n
