Job Description:
As a Facility Employee, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the facility services and tasks within our company. You ensure a clean and safe working environment for all our employees. In this role, you will be versatile and carry out a wide range of tasks from A to Z with the necessary technical insights.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of general areas, small repairs.
• Assisting with building management, such as checking technical installations and lighting.
• Stock management of facility supplies, thinking along about cost-saving measures.
• Identifying and reporting technical problems and malfunctions.
• Coordinating with external partners to carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Assisting/supporting the setup of meeting rooms and events.
• Ensuring a safe working environment, such as checking fire extinguishers and first aid supplies.
What do you bring?
• Experience in a facility role or a similar work environment is a plus.
• Technical insight, a practical and solution-oriented mindset, and a willingness to efficiently handle various tasks.
• Independence, discipline, flexibility, and a proactive work attitude.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and French.
• Possession of a forklift and aerial work platform certificate.
